Before You Ask
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes. 36 Acres is a bring-your-own-vendor venue. We have a list of preferred local caterers and vendors available upon request, but you are welcome to work with anyone you choose.
What's the rain plan for outdoor events?
All bookings include contingency planning. The Barn can accommodate rain plans for outdoor-focused events. We will work with you in advance to ensure your event is seamless regardless of weather.
How does parking work?
The property features ample on-site parking for guests. For larger events (150+), we recommend a designated parking attendant or shuttle service, which we can help coordinate.
Are there noise restrictions?
Out of respect for neighbors and local ordinances, amplified sound must conclude by 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. Our team will provide full guidelines with your booking confirmation.
