Guest Policies
Welcome to 36 Acres. To keep your event safe, beautiful, and effortless, please share these simple guidelines with your guests. Hosts and planners are welcome to include this on your invitation.
Entry & Guest List
- Invitations are managed through Eventbrite. Every guest receives a unique QR code.
- Your QR code is scanned at the gate. Please have it ready on your phone or printed.
- Only invited guests on the list are admitted. Anyone not on the list will not be allowed through the gates.
Drinks & Containers
- No glass. No glasses or dishes that can break.
- No alcohol or beer in glass containers.
- Plastic and cans only, please.
At the Pool
- Swim at your own risk. No water safety supervision is provided. We do provide a lifeguard for $25 an hour at the client’s expense.
- A responsible adult must supervise any child under 16 at all times.
- Anyone who chooses to swim after drinking does so at their own risk.
- No glass, no diving except where marked, keep the gate closed, no running.
Respect the Estate
- 36 Acres is a private luxury estate. Please treat it with care.
- The property is monitored by security cameras.
- No smoking or vaping except in designated outdoor areas.
- No illegal drugs, weapons, or firearms.
Décor & Property
- No glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, silly string, or loose petals.
- No tape, nails, screws, or staples on any surface.
- Please help keep the venue beautiful for everyone.
Timing & Comfort
- Amplified music ends at 11:00 PM.
- Park only in designated areas. Shuttles are recommended for larger events.
- In an emergency, call 911. 36 Acres does not provide medical staff.
